1. Product description:

The constant temperature & humidity chamber is equipped with precise control system of temperature and humidity, which provide various necessary environmental simulative conditions for industrial research and biotechnology test. Widely applied in sterile test and stability check-up of textile, pharmaceuticals, food processing, as well as test material, performance, packing and life time of industrial products.

2. Features:

2.1 Double door structure, built-in large wide Angle glass door, easy for users to observe samples without dead Angle.

2.2 Double greenhouse temperature control system, greatly improve the temperature uniformity in the chamber.

2.3 Refrigerating capacity intelligent control system, automatically adjust the compressor refrigeration power, and with cold reflux function, help the compressor Rapid cooling, prolong the life of the compressor.

2.4 Standard with large LCD display, multiple groups of data a screen display, menu type operation interface, easy to understand, easy to operate.

2.5 The mirror stainless steel inner bladder, four corners of the semi-arc design, easy to clean, the spacing of the shelves in the chamber is adjustable.

2.6 The use of international brand compressor, independent research and development of compressor cooling system, can effectively prolong the life of the compressor.

2.7 JAKEL tube flow circulating fan, unique design of air duct, to create a good air circulation convection, to ensure temperature uniformity.

2.8 PID control mode, temperature control precision fluctuation is small, with timing function, the maximum time set value of 99 hours 59 minutes.

2.9 Committed to the world environmental health initiative, the use of 134A fluorine free refrigerant, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection.

3. Configuration

3.1 The standard configuration  

Tank: Stainless steel (ASTM304)  

Internal: galvanized stainless steel shelf (100L to 150L: 2 pieces, 250L to 500L: 3 pieces)  

Body: cold rolled steel plate forming spray plastic  

Meter: large LCD color screen controller  

Plug: optional  

Installation: All models are equipped with lockable mobile casters (2 with lock, 2 directional)  

3.2 Options  

Embedded printer -- easy for customers to print data.

Independent temperature limit alarm system -- when the temperature exceeds the limit, the heating source will be forcibly stopped to ensure the safety of your laboratory.

RS485 interface and special software -- connect computer, export experimental data.

Test hole 25mm/50mm /100mm-- can be used to test the actual temperature of the working room.

1. Can products be customized?

Yes, all our dry cabinets and environmental chambers are fully customizable based on your technical specifications, capacity, materials (e.g., SUS304), and functional requirements (e.g., N₂ purge, heating, data logging).

2. What is the lead time?

• Standard models: 5–10 working days
• Customized configurations: 15–30 working days
Lead times may vary slightly based on order volume and component availability.

3. What trade terms do you support?

We offer flexible Incoterms® 2020 options to suit your logistics needs:

• EXW (Ex-Works): You arrange pickup from our Hangzhou facility.
• FOB (Free On Board): We deliver to the port of shipment; you handle ocean/air freight.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover freight and insurance to your destination port. Import duties and local taxes are not included.
• DAP (Delivered At Place): We deliver to your specified address. You handle import clearance, duties, VAT, and unloading.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available on request – we manage all costs including duties and taxes for door-to-door delivery.

Note: DDU is no longer used in Incoterms® 2020; DAP is the current standard.

4. How are shipping costs and taxes handled?

Shipping costs depend on product dimensions, weight, destination, and chosen transport method (sea, air, rail, or express). Import duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are selected. A detailed breakdown of all costs will be included in your official quotation.
