1. Product description:

The product is an essential equipment for universities and colleges, biological, agricultural and scientific research departments to store bacteria, cultivate organism and so on. 

2. Features:

2.1 Double greenhouse constant temperature structure, to ensure that the sample in uniform sample room. And strictly detect the air volume, to prevent the sample due to water loss too fast result in the experiment is not qualified.

2.2 Several sets of data show in a big LCD screen. The operation interface can be easily understood and handling.

2.3 Two storied gate, good heat‐shielding performance. No influence to the temperature inside when observing.

2.4 Mirror stainless‐steel chamber, semicircular arcs at corners for easy cleaning, and the space between the shelves can be set by the customer.

2.5 Good cold‐roll shelf sheets cover, with anti-static plastic coating.

2.6 Electric heating film heating mode, evenly distributed around the chamber, heating evenly, heating speed is fast. 

2.7 High temperature axial flow fan, can be used at high temperature 65℃ for a long time, vertical air supply to produce vortex, effective uniform temperature inside the chamber.

1. Can products be customized?

Yes, all our dry cabinets and environmental chambers are fully customizable based on your technical specifications, capacity, materials (e.g., SUS304), and functional requirements (e.g., N₂ purge, heating, data logging).

2. What is the lead time?

• Standard models: 5–10 working days
• Customized configurations: 15–30 working days
Lead times may vary slightly based on order volume and component availability.

3. What trade terms do you support?

We offer flexible Incoterms® 2020 options to suit your logistics needs:

• EXW (Ex-Works): You arrange pickup from our Hangzhou facility.
• FOB (Free On Board): We deliver to the port of shipment; you handle ocean/air freight.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover freight and insurance to your destination port. Import duties and local taxes are not included.
• DAP (Delivered At Place): We deliver to your specified address. You handle import clearance, duties, VAT, and unloading.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available on request – we manage all costs including duties and taxes for door-to-door delivery.

Note: DDU is no longer used in Incoterms® 2020; DAP is the current standard.

4. How are shipping costs and taxes handled?

Shipping costs depend on product dimensions, weight, destination, and chosen transport method (sea, air, rail, or express). Import duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are selected. A detailed breakdown of all costs will be included in your official quotation.

• Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable L/C at sight, accepted for large orders
