Application range:
This product is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities, scientific research and various laboratories, such as vacuum leak detection or ceramics, glue, epoxy resin, paint, plastic toys, resin crafts for storing articles or cosmetic bottles under vacuum conditions. Vacuum defoaming treatment in industries such as candles, printer cartridges and glass products.
Working principle:
The working chamber is a confined space connected to a vacuum pump and pressure sensor via a vacuum line. The vacuum pump continuously works to extract the gas in the working chamber, and the pressure in the working chamber will be less and less than the standard atmospheric pressure. The intake air is fed through the intake valve to balance with the pumping to obtain the required vacuum. A hand valve is installed in the front stage of the vacuum pump to manually adjust the pumping capacity of the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump is equipped with a gas ballast valve. When the pump is used to pump steam, make sure the gas ballast valve is open.
Product structure:
1) The oven consists of a chamber body, a vacuum system, a protection system, an electrical control system, etc.
2) The box is made of advanced mechanical equipment, advanced technology, smooth lines and beautiful appearance.
3) The inner box is made of 3mm thick stainless steel wire drawing plate, which is polished and strengthened to strengthen it. The outer box is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet which is electrostatically sprayed after special treatment on the surface.
4) Sealing material and unique silicone rubber sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame to seal and resist aging.
5) The vacuum system consists of a domestic vacuum pump, a stainless steel vacuum valve, a stainless steel connecting pipe and a pointer vacuum gauge.
6) The stainless steel movable sample holder is installed in the box, which is detachable and easy to clean.
7) Tempered on the door of the cabinet, bulletproof double-glazed door observation window, glass window installed in the middle of the box door, can clearly observe the changes of the internal test items during the test.
