Description

We can design a larger blast drying oven for you according to your requirements.

Product Features :
1. Temperature control system adopts microcomputer control technology.
2. High quality nickel-chromium alloy heater with low power attenuation.
3. The unique air duct design allows the airflow to circulate in a specified direction, and the temperature uniformity in the working chamber changes little.
4. Insulation material is made of high quality high temperature resistant glass fiber.
5. It is made of 1.0 thick steel plate full-welded and polished, and the surface is spray-coated. The cabinet sprays 5% salt spray test for up to 500 hours (national standard 48 hours), with superior corrosion resistance.
6. The inner liner is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.0mm.
7. The product uses liquid crystal display.
8. Shelf grid height can be adjusted.
9. The door has a double tempered glass observation window for user' observation.
10. Nano-material door seals make the machine performance superior.
11.High temperature resistant fan for longer life.
12.Products passed ROHS environmental certification, CE certification.
13.Upgradeable networking or program control.(Optional)

1. Can products be customized?

Yes, all our dry cabinets and environmental chambers are fully customizable based on your technical specifications, capacity, materials (e.g., SUS304), and functional requirements (e.g., N₂ purge, heating, data logging).

 

2. What is the lead time?

• Standard models: 5–10 working days
• Customized configurations: 15–30 working days
Lead times may vary slightly based on order volume and component availability.

 

3. What trade terms do you support?

We offer flexible Incoterms® 2020 options to suit your logistics needs:

  • EXW (Ex-Works): You arrange pickup from our Hangzhou facility.
  • FOB (Free On Board): We deliver to the port of shipment; you handle ocean/air freight.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover freight and insurance to your destination port. Import duties and local taxes are not included.
  • DAP (Delivered At Place): We deliver to your specified address. You handle import clearance, duties, VAT, and unloading.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available on request – we manage all costs including duties and taxes for door-to-door delivery.

Note: DDU is no longer used in Incoterms® 2020; DAP is the current standard.

 

4. How are shipping costs and taxes handled?

Shipping costs depend on product dimensions, weight, destination, and chosen transport method (sea, air, rail, or express). Import duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are selected. A detailed breakdown of all costs will be included in your official quotation.

  • Bank Transfer (T/T): 100% advance payment via SWIFT, FAST, MEPS, GIRO, or ACH
  • PayPal: For orders under USD 500, shipped via express only
  • Credit Card: Via secure payment gateway
  • Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable L/C at sight, accepted for large orders
