Description

1. Product description:

The drying oven is forced air convection which provide for desiccation, torr-faction, wax-melting and sterilization in mining enterprises, laboratories and scientific research institutes.  

2. Features:

2.1 Standard large screen LCD display, multiple groups of data display on one screen, menu type interface, easy to understand, easy to operate.

2.2 The fan speed can control mode, according to different experiments can freely adjust the speed of the wind speed.

2.3 Independently developed air duct circulation system, automatic discharge of water vapor inside the box.

2.4 Using the overtemperature deviation protection, microcomputer PID fuzzy processing controller, quickly reach the preset temperature stable operation.

2.5 Mirror stainless steel inner chamber, four corners half arc design, easy to clean, the spacing of the shelves can be adjusted.

2.6 The sealing design of the new synthetic silicon sealing strip effectively prevents heat loss, and can extend the parts on the basis of 30% energy saving of service life.

2.7 The use of JAKEL pipe flow circulation fan, unique design of the air duct, to create a good air circulation convection, to ensure the temperature uniformity.

2.8 8PID control mode, temperature control precision fluctuation is small, with timing function, the maximum time set value is 9999 minutes. 

3. Options  

Embedded printer -- easy for customers to print data.

Independent temperature limit alarm system -- when the temperature exceeds the limit, the heating source is forced to stop to protect the safety of your laboratory.

RS485 interface and special software -- connect computer, export experimental data.

Test hole 25mm/50mm -- can be used to test the actual temperature of the working room.

Intelligent program controller -- 30 programming steps can be set up to meet various complex experiments.

Yes, all our dry cabinets and environmental chambers are fully customizable based on your technical specifications, capacity, materials (e.g., SUS304), and functional requirements (e.g., N₂ purge, heating, data logging).

 

2. What is the lead time?

• Standard models: 5–10 working days
• Customized configurations: 15–30 working days
Lead times may vary slightly based on order volume and component availability.

 

3. What trade terms do you support?

We offer flexible Incoterms® 2020 options to suit your logistics needs:

  • EXW (Ex-Works): You arrange pickup from our Hangzhou facility.
  • FOB (Free On Board): We deliver to the port of shipment; you handle ocean/air freight.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover freight and insurance to your destination port. Import duties and local taxes are not included.
  • DAP (Delivered At Place): We deliver to your specified address. You handle import clearance, duties, VAT, and unloading.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available on request – we manage all costs including duties and taxes for door-to-door delivery.

Note: DDU is no longer used in Incoterms® 2020; DAP is the current standard.

 

4. How are shipping costs and taxes handled?

Shipping costs depend on product dimensions, weight, destination, and chosen transport method (sea, air, rail, or express). Import duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are selected. A detailed breakdown of all costs will be included in your official quotation.

  • Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable L/C at sight, accepted for large orders
