EJER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (“EJER”, “we”) does not sell personal information collected through ejercab.com. We do not rent enquiry records, and we do not buy marketing lists to contact you.
In this notice, “sell” means providing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration so that they can use it for their own marketing or profiling. Sharing a message inside EJER so we can quote, ship or support that enquiry is not a sale.
What this covers
This statement covers information you send through the website or by email, phone or WhatsApp in connection with a sales or support enquiry — for example your name, company, email, phone, country, city and the content of the message — and ordinary technical data created when you load a page.
When we share information
We may share what we need with people who work on that enquiry: sales and engineering staff, our export partner Hangzhou Hcer Technology Co., Ltd. when a quotation or shipment requires it, and service providers who host mail or the website, under a duty to keep it confidential and to use it only for that work.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and our customers from fraud or abuse. We do not disclose enquiry lists to advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.
