Who this notice covers

This legal notice applies to the public website ejercab.com and to the text, photographs, drawings, videos, logos, icons, page layout and other materials published on it (together, the “Materials”). It is issued by EJER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (“EJER”, “we”). EJER TECH GROUP and Hangzhou Ejer Technology Co., Ltd. may appear on the site as group or manufacturing names; they do not change who is responsible for this website.

How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy. How you may browse the site and send an enquiry is set out in the Terms of Use. Device storage is set out in the Cookie Policy. A quotation, purchase order or supply contract is a separate document and prevails if it conflicts with this page.

Website materials

Unless a page says otherwise, EJER or our licensors own the copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the Materials. That includes product and factory photographs, application pictures, dimensional and wiring drawings, user-interface graphics, news and technology articles, and the way those items are arranged on the page.

Photographs, capacities, finishes and specifications are published for information. They may change when a product, a process or a photograph is updated. Publication on this website is not a contractual offer, not a statement that a given unit is in stock, and not a licence to copy a cabinet, a control system or a drawing.

Names and marks

EJER, EJER Cab, EJER CLOUD and the related logos and word marks are marks of EJER or its group companies. You may use those names to identify us or our products in a truthful business discussion — for example in a specification, an enquiry or a comparison with other equipment.

You may not use them as your own brand, in a domain name or social account, on packaging, or in any way that suggests we sponsor, approve or manufacture your goods, unless we have agreed that in writing.

What you may do

• Browse the site and share a page link for a genuine sales, engineering or procurement discussion.
• Quote a short extract, with credit to EJER and a link to the source page, when you specify or compare environmental-control equipment.
• Use a datasheet, manual, drawing or certificate that we have issued to you for a named model or project, inside your organisation, for that model or project.
• Print a page for internal evaluation, provided you do not remove notices or present the copy as your own catalogue.

What you may not do

• Copy the catalogue, photographs, drawings, videos or news text onto another website, brochure, advertisement or tender pack without prior written permission from EJER.
• Scrape the site, republish it, or use the Materials to build a competing catalogue or a public training dataset that substitutes for our pages.
• Remove copyright, trade-mark or source notices, or crop a photograph so that the EJER identity is hidden while the product image is reused.
• Use site files to tool a competing product, to reverse-engineer a cabinet or controller, or to suggest that a third-party unit is an EJER product.

Technical files and quotations

Datasheets, operation manuals, electrical drawings, spare-part lists and conformity files are issued against a named model, serial number or project. They remain EJER’s materials. Passing a file to a colleague on the same project is permitted. Posting it for open download, or using it for a different product line, is not.

Price, delivery, warranty and acceptance are only those stated in a written quotation or contract. Nothing on the website, including a “Contact sales” or enquiry form, is an offer capable of acceptance by itself.

Other companies and standards

Customer, partner, plant or standard names that appear in news or application notes — for example a brand, a factory, or IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 — belong to their owners. Mention means the name is used to describe a context or a method. It does not mean endorsement by that owner, and it does not mean we endorse their products, except where we say so in writing.

No advice, no contract

This page is a notice about the website. It is not legal, engineering or safety advice and it is not a sale. Selection of a dry cabinet, nitrogen cabinet or oven remains your specification. Liability for equipment we supply is defined in the contract for that supply.

To the extent permitted by law, EJER is not liable for loss that arises only from use of the website or the Materials, including reliance on a photograph or a typical value that later changes.

Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have in the country where you live or buy. Courts in Hangzhou have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that concern this website, unless a supply contract says otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice when our Materials, our marks or the law change. The “Last updated” date on the page shows the latest revision. We do not have to notify each visitor of a change.
