It emphasizes improving the reliability of key core products in critical industries like electronics, where advanced chips, wide-bandgap power devices, optical components, and high-efficiency photovoltaic cells are prioritized. The aim is to strengthen the country's capability in producing high-reliability components that meet international standards, fostering innovation and quality in the manufacturing sector. Reliability standards will be established for various product categories, ensuring they reach advanced levels. This includes enhancing the quality and reliability management systems within enterprises, boosting testing and verification capabilities, and developing specialized knowledge and talent. By 2030, over 100 typical demonstrations of reliability improvement will be available, encouraging numerous companies to adopt these standards, ultimately elevating the reliability profile in China's manufacturing industry. Efforts will also target improving electronic materials, display electronics, and high-speed components, alongside advancements in packaging and bonding technologies. The goal is to position China as a leader in producing high-reliability products that drive global innovation in manufacturing.
